Shipping Policy

Ordering.

After completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order has been received. You will then receive a shipping confirmation when your order has been processed and shipped from the warehouse. We ship orders from different warehouses depending on your order and where it is being shipped.

All orders shipping within the United States of America (USA) will have taxes and duties paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in checkout is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We intend to make the checkout process as simple as possible so you can enjoy your purchase without any surprises or delays.

Customers in countries outside of the United States of America (USA) may be subject to local customs fees, taxes, and/or duties upon receiving their order, and you, the customer, are responsible for this.

All orders must pass local customs inspection. We cannot estimate how long this process will take and have no way to reduce that amount of time. If your package still has not arrived after 30 consecutive days, please call the company shipping your package, for example, your local post office, and ask if they are holding it for any reason. If not, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief message to check the status.

If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered but you are still awaiting delivery, please call your local post office to see if it's being held there (we've noticed this happens on occasion when the delivery service is unable to find the address and brings the package back to the local delivery office).

Depending on the country and delivery service available, customs charges are to be paid by the customer when the package is received or afterward.

Due to who we have hired to print and ship the merchandise, we aim to have your order processed within 5 working days.

After processing the purchase, shipping within the United States (USA) will aim to be delivered within 3-7 business days after the processing time is complete.

Delivery to international will aim to be delivered within 7-10 business days after the processing time is complete.

All orders placed will get an email confirmation. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping.

We don’t ship to some countries because of Printful's legal restrictions, shipping carrier limitations, and software limitations.

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations

  • Belarus
  • Cuba
  • Ecuador
  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
  • Iran
  • North Korea 
  • Russia
  • Syria
  • Ukraine

Additionally, the shipping carriers Printful uses have a list of countries where they temporarily don’t offer international shipping due to circumstances like natural disasters and other service disruptions. You can review the up-to-date information on the USPS homepage.

Please note that the list of countries where we or our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change.

If you are unsure, please confirm that we can ship to your country before ordering.

Delivery.

Shipping Rates are calculated based on total package weight and destination. Calculated shipping rates will be displayed for you to select at checkout, but any applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties outside the USA will depend on your country's laws.

Your order will be delivered to the address on the checkout page during regular business hours.


Deliveries may require a signature. For this reason, please do not enter a PO Box address or a hotel. Once the payment has been processed, our printing and shipping provider (Printful) will begin to process your order as soon as possible after receiving payment from you.


We are not responsible for non-delivery if you entered your address incorrectly or used a foreign alphabet or non-English language characters. Risk passes to you once delivered, but Products shipped to any non-card registered address are sent entirely at your risk.

Please note that you will not receive title to the relevant goods until payment has been received in full and delivery has been completed.

Refunds.

Once the product you chose during the checkout process has been delivered, we will not be able to provide refunds unless damaged or lost.

Service Provider.

To manufacture, print, and deliver the shirts, we have chosen to work with Printful.

Damaged Products.

Products are your responsibility from the time of delivery. Therefore, if the packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please check the package in the presence of the carrier to verify the condition of the products.

In the unlikely event a Product is damaged or lost in transit, please note this on the delivery slip and contact [email protected]. We shall try to supply a replacement as soon as possible. If we cannot provide an identical product, we will offer you a refund.

Product Availability. 

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, therefore, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
